Updated Order Forms
       We have updated all of the order forms. Try to use them whenever possible. Copies can be downloaded from our website, www.goldenwindowfashions.com or you can ask for them the next time you call or fax. You can also order on line. The entry screens for our on line order system look the same as our paper order forms. It’s amazing how user-friendly our web site ordering has become. Try it on your next order.
 
Telephone Orders
       We welcome your phone orders. We just ask that you listen carefully as we read your orders back. Once you OK your order and we give you a reference #, it is impossible for us to change the information by accident.  We will make what you have OK’d. If you have a question as to what was ordered, or discussed, we can easily e-mail you a  .wav  file that you can listen to the conversation that took place.  You can also order via our 24/7 fax or online @www.goldenwindowfashions.com.

We welcome all open accounts. We also accept C.O.D. or credit card orders. UPS and FedEx have both raised their C.O.D. charges. Ask or download a credit ap and lower your costs. If you are a new business, or have less than a stellar past, you can still have open terms by backing your account with credit cards. Open terms are 1/10 Net 30 days. Past due accounts will not be eligible for any additional promotions, agreements or offers, Including co-op. Please keep your account current and avoid the loss of perks.
